    There were many things that made me love this series. This was one of the better series I’ve read. Eva Ashwood is an excellent story writer who creates realistic settings.

    This story was unique. Yes, it’s a RH bully romance, but there’s no secret society. No rich guys who have business-owning parents. No ultra hot girl being a b*tch. It was regular people. I think that’s why I got sucked into the story. It was normal.

    I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for something a bit more unconventional. You won’t regret it!

    I didn’t love it. I didn’t hate it. It gets 3 stars from me, because it has to REALLY be bad for me to go lower. This was horrible. It just wasn’t great either.

    I didn’t fall in love with the first book. But series can always get better. So I have the second a chance. And it was only fair to finish the story. I cringed more times than I can count.

    Emma doesn’t do it for me. I wanted more grit from her. I wanted to feel the change and the strength growing. But it just wasn’t there. While I can understand needing to build a story line, it just seemed that it was too much. Like every idea was spun into the story. It just didn’t hit the mark for me.

    I don’t know why, but constantly referring to them as “The Icons” irritated me. It seemed very juvenile to me. But that’s a personal preference I suppose.

    Overall, just didn’t hit the mark for me.

    I loved this last book but the first two were not my cup of tea. I feel like the first two could have been shortened to one book total.

    Anyway, the MCs are actually wonderful. The series is written well. Each of the men have their own personalities that are charismatic and endearing. They have their own moments with the FMC as well which I appreciated.

    This book was everything I wanted for the series it just may have been a bit delayed in my opinion which is why it’s 4/5 ⭐️

    I absolutely loved this series.
    What made it for me, was the fact that the men in this RH story didn't just automatically go, "Hey, we're down for this."
    The characters are well-written, and being all alpha personalities, it took some work and character growth for things to work out for everyone. As I'm reading along and cheering for them as they develop, it makes for a much more interesting story.
    When the HEA finally happens, it's mind-blowing, because of that character and story development throughout.
    Now, my only real question is, where can I find me a Trent, Reece and a West??? ♡

    5 stars - less than a day to read because I cannot put it down. I only give 5 stars if it has managed to engage extra emotions from me - extreme lol moments or real teary moments etc. A 5 stars book tends to have me raging about cliff hangers and (legally and not creepily) stalking the author for release dates.

    4 stars - 2 days to read or less. A book that I have quite enjoyed reading, feisty MC and some racy scenes with thier romantic interest. I would definitely follow a series and author for 4 star books.

    3 stars - takes around 2/3 days to read, usually because I have become distracted and less engaged in some sections but by the end the end I have enjoyed the overall story and would read any sequels.

    I really like fiction books. Specially romantic ones.

    However, the silly, dream, super perfect, no plot twists ones that are always far from reality, are not my pice of pie.

    The dark, raw, filled with real personas and their mistakes, failures and attitudes are the ones that make me dig deep and savor the story. Try recognize the history among the story.

    For me, is never only about what is written. As crazy as it could sound, it works like an extra game to try figuring out the plot intentions, the core of the idea and the central feeling that could motivated the author during the writing.

    So, back to the final volume of the CU series, as I wrote on the second volume review, this was also a story about “butterfly effect” and how an action or a twisted assumption can change an endless number of lives.

    But also, this is a story about forgiveness and, most importantly, about how difficulties should help rebuild and reinforce personalities, how they make our shell harder, depending only on how you face them and grab them as opportunities to grow and to evolve.

    We could even say this book, no matter if the author did not have the pretentious of writing about Anthropology subjects, she did exactly that.

    To be fair, I had the very certainty even before they brought the subject back to the plot 😉 (calm down, this was not a spoiler) 😄

    I absolutely loved how every single one of the characters committed mistakes, serious mistakes, but how: using Emma’s words, all it takes is “to feel really sorry” and to work on how to fix the troubles created.

    Empathy is the key and forgiveness is the master sentiment on this whole story. And exactly because of that, I strongly recommend everyone to read and savior the series.

    Who Falls Harder is book three in the Clearwater University series. A reverse harem romance with bully themes.

    This book being the final book is of course where everything comes to a head, not just the plot fully unravelling but the harem finally develops completely. I'm a big fan of the medium burn moments where everything builds, but where it all falls into place is absolute perfection for reverse harems. The relationship becomes more than just part of the plot.

    I enjoyed seeing the character growth throughout this series, both for the Icons in ways but mainly Emma. She started to take control of her own journey rather than just taking what was dished out or hiding behind the boys.
