Enjoyable!

Another enjoyable series of short stories. I particularly liked the Run Ripley ones, especially the one with the boy! That one chilled me. I also enjoyed the beast one!!

John Pirhalla was good. He has potential and I'm excited to see what he can do.

This is great series of short stories. They are a quick listen but each story is really well written. John Pirhalla is so easy to listen too . Can not wait for the next book

Fantastic shorts!

This might be my favorite so far in the collection of short stories. The first story is about a bet to enter a haunted house and stay for at least a half hour, doesn’t seem hard if you don’t believe in ghosts, right?

The second story is about someone struggling to tell dreams from reality, one should always trust their gut, don’t you think?

The third is a story of ‘the beast within’ and how far one might go for love.

The fourth (first in vol. 10) story finds us with a painting bought second hand with a hidden note that tells a dark history of the painting. The man does not heed the warning in the note and that might be his greatest mistake.

The fifth (second in vol. 10) story introduces us to a photographer enthralled with capturing the image of spirits on her film, it seems not all appreciate the attention though.

The sixth (third in vol. 10) story finds us in a secluded cabin struggling to come up with ideas for a painting, but behold the power of your dreams!

I hope some day Ron Ripley expands ‘Pictures on the Wall’ because I think he could have done a fantastic novel with it in addition to this short story. Over all.... 10/10 would definitely recommend. Great collection. I like that there is a mixture of the supernatural world in the stories, they aren’t all involving ghosts or all involving creatures, there is a little bit of everything.
I love a good narration by John Pirhalla as well!

6 Great Shorts

I totally enjoy listening to these short horror stories by great authors with vivid imaginations and good narration only complaints are to short and wanted them to continue and no need to listen in order. In Vol 9 If I had to say which was my favorite it would be Gambling as I love ghosts then toss-up between Shadow Creature and Born Tonight. In Vol 10 I enjoyed all 3 but have to admit my favorite was Photography as I love interacting ghosts and tied is An Artist Purpose and Pictures on the Wall. Highly recommend if you want quick horror shorts

I love this book twice as much as the singles.

Twice the horror makes me twice as happy! Not having to change the book in the middle makes me happy too.
