This is the third and final piece of Hades and Persephone epic story. You do need to read all these books and in order to obtain the complete story. The journey that these two have been on has been quite the roller coaster ride of intense emotions, drama, excitement, suspense, hot passion darkness and jaw-dropping twists. I loved these two so much! They totally stole my heart. I'm so to say goodbye to this couple but I eagerly look forward to more books set in this world. This is my forthright, volitional review.

Midnight Kingdom is the third and final book in the King of Shadows trilogy and what a dark, intense and fabulous conclusion to Hades and Persephone's story. I definitely recommend you read the first two books in the series otherwise you will be lost. Plus it's a great series and you don't want to miss it. Hades and Persephone have grown not only as individuals in the story but as a couple too. These two go through so much in this book and I was on the edge of my seat wondering with each page I turned what would happen next. This is definitely one of my favorite series and I can't wait to read the next great book by this talented author.

The last book in Hades and Persephone's story and this one was really great. I have loved them from the beginning and could not get enough of them at all. The author did an amazing job writing these characters and their entire story.
