This is the first book that I have read by Laura Domino and will definitely not be my last. This was such a great story. I loved the excitement of two bulls going head to head, the bulls being Colby & Donovan. There was a lot of excitement in this book and the chracters were great. I went through a lot of emotions reading this book and to me that makes it a great read. Great job Laura Domino I look forward to reading more of your books in fact I am getting ready to start The Promotion now.
If "Christian" had been included in the blurb on the freebie list, I wouldn't have bothered. I'm 24% of the way in and bored silly. Can't muster enough interest in any of the char auto give a fuck.
I thought that these crazy people would never get their heads on straight. They finally figured out that forgiveness is always necessary. Love can't live well if there is hatred and unforgiveness.
I would rather visit the dentist than read this book again. I struggled with this book because the writing is HORRIBLE. It is incredibly jumpy and disjointed. The "sexy" sportscar to get the girl to notice him had me rolling my eyes, but the quote regarding the planting of the lantanas A POISONIOUS plant as a "symbol that life is better when we're not trying to do everything alone" irritated me enough to stop and write this review. I was going to sack the rest of this book but now I NEED to finish reading it because it's a trainwreck. I kept hoping it would redeem itself but I'm nothing but disappointed. I really wanted to like Laura Domino's book (s) but I feel like whomever edited this book didn't pay close attention to story flow.
I liked how persistent Colby is. He was always there for Paige. A good friend even through the year she dated Donovan. The story gets very interesting. You must read this book.
