The Billionaire’s Bride

Rate this book
That's what they tell me.

Edward
My first love, who turned his back on me.
The hot ex-priest turned bad boy with the dangerous smile and the now unleashed passionate temper that thrills me to my core. I thought I'd lost him, but he's back and his dark molten gaze follows me possessively wherever I go.

Baron
My savior. My second chance.
Over six feet of intensity, he's the ex-soldier, who dons a suit so he can woo me. He's hellbent on turning his life around and making up for lost time. He stalks my every move and will go to any extent to woo me.

Me.
The free-spirited dancer who doesn't hesitate to go toe to toe with them.
My heart beats for both. My body yearns for them. My soul... my soul cannot bear to be parted from either.

I love two men.
I am torn between them.
But when their past threatens me...
I must choose.

This is the third book in Ava, Baron, and Edward's story.

I have mixed feelings about this book that i think i should say it here and hopefully all of you will understands where I’m coming from this ☺️☺️

THIS STORY BEGINS WITH A DANCER GIRL (yeah i love that she is a dancer) HER FIRST LOVE AND HER FIRST CRUSH WAS TO A PRIEST (edward), not a old man but a hot man that is not too old either. They begins their chemistry because both really want each other but the heroine wanted him more than he does… the priest also join the church because he thought he wanted a peace and also he thought it was the right thing to do because he likes to help people… well i mean if you like to help people then become something else because the priest who is edward, he oftentimes confuses himself like is this the right position for him to become a priest and i think that just annoying to read like come on make up your mind😅 AND THEN HE LEAVES THE HEROINE AFTER CLAIMING HE WANTS HER SO BADLY THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN HIS LIFE, BECAUSE HE SAID HE WANTED TO CLEAR THINGS UP ON HIS HEAD AND HE SAID HE WANTED TO FIGURE THINGS OUT BY HIMSELF. I get in wow he wanted to be himself just for him before he goes to the heroine again for real. But seriously he goes after taking her virginity, he leaves without saying he would come back or even say something like promise me you would be blabla NOOO he didn’t say anything much than just say bye I’m gonna leave and bye just like that. Of course the heroine would be fcking confused, i would be too! And she even chase after him😢😢😢
Like seriously walking to the streets chasing the hero hoping she would find him, she just went for it alone walking on the fcking streets… The edward guy never come back for at least 2 weeks. No contact, nothing.

He edward the priest sends this guy he known since a very young age to protect the heroine while he was away… he told the guy to not shows his face to the heroine and being undercover but the guy blow it and just show his face to the heroine because at the time the guy really have to help her. And he can’t just closed the heroine’s eyes lol.

They begin to have attracted to each other this guy and the heroine and bam after two weeks, they have a relationship. DO I BLAME EDWARD? YES. HE SHOULDN’T HAVE LEFT HER IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE LEFT HER IN HER MOST Vulnerable state ever so broken and so hurt… she does hurt tho… it was really hard on her to find out edward left her….

SO I GAVE THIS STORY 4 STARS BECAUSE I HAVE TO WATCH EDWARD WANTING THE HEROINE BUT CAN’T HAVE THE HAPPY ENDING WITH THE HEROINE. I have to watch the heroine being confused about her feelings with two hot guys and that just really annoying to see because I can’t imagine her state of being so confused with her heart with these two being so in love with her. Especially edward saying so many great words to the heroine but in the end have to see him suffer more because he cannot have her… its just not good to see.

So this book is not for me😅
With all of those confusing and unfair things like too much annoying scenes for my time of reading is just not my type of book to read. I’m glad to read but sucks that the ending and even the middle of the story was too much annoyingly scenes….
Like why put edward back to the book and making him saying these amazing words and then in the end the heroine didn’t choose him?
I know the second guy wants the heroine more and he seems more into like true love with the heroine but still… why put edward in it anyway? Sucks.

‼️‼️‼️No cheating
No drama with ow
Many jealous scenes from the heroes
Very extremely hot smut scenes just wow and wow
The heroes is ott possessive protective alpha male I REPEAT THE HEROES IS OTT POSSESSIVES
The heroine is a dancer and a sassy one but classy

I love that both of the heroes is not a manwhor* ☺️

‼️‼️‼️the heroes always says to the heroine especially the second guy always says to her:
YOU ARE MINE MINE MINE MINE. MINE

The heroine was a a virgin first with the priest but of course the priest said he was clean and celibate for a very long time, the second guy is clean too.

Happy ending. Married. Just that, no kids so it sucks

TRIGGERS‼️‼️‼️
Killing, abusing past, violence and kidnapping.

The second guy who is baron, his words to the heroine is so romantic and he wants her soooooooooo very badly and obsessed.
“ALL THE TIME I WAS IMPRISONED BEHIND ENEMY LINES, EVERY SINGLE MOMENT THAT I WAS TORTURED, I SWORE TO MYSELF THAT IF I EVER GOT OUT, I’D LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST, NEVER REGRET A SINGLE MOMENT. I TOLD MYSELF THAT I’D FCK EVERY SINGLE PSSY I COULD GET MY D*CK INTO. THEN I MET YOU. TURNS OUT, I ONLY WANTED ONE WET HOLE. ONE TIGHT, MOIST SPACE TO CALL MY OWN. WHY IS IT THAT YOU FEEL SO MUCH LIKE HOME, AVA? WHY?”

The first guy the priest, edward. He did have his moments with the heroine when they reunited again and the heroine allows him to touch her.
His words like omg.
“IF YOU MEAN, DID I MASTURBATE WHILE I WAS AWAY, THE ANSWER IS NO. HOW COULD I? WHEN ALL I WANTED WAS TO FEEL YOUR C*NT, GRIPPING MY D*CK. WHEN ALL I WANTED TO HEAR WAS THE SOUND OF YOUR VOICE CRYING OUT FOR RELEASE. WHEN ALL I WANTED TO FEEL WAS YOU WRITHING AGAINST ME.”
He took a bullet for the heroine, bought her a house with a fcking dance studio because he loves that much for the heroine. I have to read all of these and in the end he didn’t get to be with the heroine or even the heroine can have both.
I mean if both are amazing than why both of them cannot to be with the heroine? Sucks. Sucks. Sucks.

Hopefully the next one is better.
Cause with all these amazing romantic words the hero always says to the heroine on this books of this author, I’m addicted to read the series.
And yes the hero on this book is always the one who says the great words to the heroine, the heroine only says it like a bit but not much like the heroes….

I did read the first book of the priest, the second one and this one the last one.

Ohmigod!! Baron or Edward??

Right let's get the worst mistake made in the book first. It appears that after books five, six and seven.....And what amounts to have been less than a month, Ava had miraculously aged two years!! After all i lost count how many times her age had come up in books five and six, that she was indeed young at the age of nineteen years old!!! Then a couple of times her age had been changed to twenty-one in this book!! Wow I wish I could lose years and lose them two years every couple of months until I reached the age of twenty-one again!!!!! Ahhh if only eh?!?! 🤔🤔 Again there were lots of little mistakes too, but nothing to detract from the story!!
Now onto the books storyline annnnnd all I can say is, damn this book is so hot and so has dropping in places, that I almost had to squeeze my thighs too!! And we finally have more going on with the Mafia, so thank G for that!! But if like to know....who did you root for???? Was it Baron 🤔😉😋 or Edward 😋😍😉🤔
Just as you think she's finally made up her mind....well if I carry on I'll give it away!! And this book, along with both six and seven, are definitely the best out of all of them!!
I not only recommend this book, but if strongly URGE you to buy them all!! I can't wait for book nine and The Fake Fiance

Oh boy, what an emotional rollercoaster I went through reading this book. I absolutely loved the story and the development of this love triangle between Baron, Edward and Ava. Once again Ava has been put in the line of danger because of her association with Baron and Edward, she is taken and Baron and Edward have to race to save her before it’s too late.

It’s in this book that she finally decides who she wants to spend her life with, but she makes a mistake and the man she chose, realises that she wants the other man. Will Baron and Edward finally bury the hatchet and resolve the issues that they have faced since the incident? You’ll just have to read the story to find out for yourself. Once again there are lots of hot spicy moments where you will find yourself reaching for a nice cold drink to cool off, or your own little rabbit.

I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and review with my honest and fair opinion.

The truth shall set you free

The final book in the trilogy and OMG, Laxmi has left the best for last. It has taken me this long and 4 rereads later to post my review. The heartache and pain that's revealed in this book wrecks your whole heart and completely blows your mind. Throughout the entire series, I've always felt that there was something more between Edward and Baron. I certainly didn't expect the revelation. The story continues as Ava, Baron and Edward tries to figure out their relationship. And Yes!! pages and pages of chemistry will have you running for that cold showers. The dynamic between them leaves you hot and bothered until Ava decides who she wants to be with. As much as it hurt, she needed to make the right choice to find her HEA. Laxmi, you have given this trilogy your all and it was absolutely amazing!!

The Billionaire's Bride (Big Bad Billionaires Book 8) is the final book in Ava, Baron's and Edwards trilogy. Without giving anything away, I feel it ended how it should and I cannot wait for Mafia King. I love how they first met each other and how it all goes back to the beginning. The pages keep turning and you will not want it to end. The writing style is fun with addictive storylines. I love love love The Billionaire's Bride so much. This series is fabulous and just gets better and better. I highly recommend reading this series.

Edward and Ava started their story in Billionaire's Sins and Baron was added to the mix in Billionaire's Promise. Both books should be read for Billionaire's Bride to make any sense. Edward entered the priesthood, looking for calm after the destructive incident he and his friends suffered as children. But, after he saw Ava, his path was less clear and a decision had to be made. After relinquishing the priesthood and claiming Ava as his own, demons from his past came to life and he knows he has to clear his mind by leaving. He loves Ava and tells himself he is walking away from her for her own good, but he never bothers to tell her any of this. He has the presence of mind, however, to contact his best friend, Baron, to watch over her while he's gone, but not to touch her. The Mafia is still after her and they've shown that they will do anything to get back at the Seven through her. The incident is still fresh in the minds of them all, only because it has never been fully addressed. It hurt Baron and Edward the most, but nothing has ever been shared to answer the question "what happened?" Once Baron shows up to protect Ava, all three of their lives are upended because, as Edward subconsciously knew, Ava and Baron became close. Now Edward is back and things have changed, and the three of them have to face their new reality. Ava is torn between them, and she decides to find out just what she feels by dating them both for the near future, together and individually. It's a struggle! Not just for Ava, for me, too. There were things that I liked about Edward, as well as Baron, but there were things that Baron said to her that I found way over the line, unacceptable. It's a personal issue for me, so it didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the story. It's a story of love, vengeance, secrets, private grief and passion that held its pace from beginning to end. It's beautifully crafted with appealing characters who were so colorful and deep, I could feel their connection. My only wish is for Father to get his happy ending...no one deserves it more!

MEh! There were good parts and there were annoying parts. What happened to Edward and Baron is revealed. Albeit until the last 25% of the book. Ava was annoying for most of it. (Like how many times do you have to put yourself in danger to get it. IT'S DANGEROUS OUT THERE FOR YOU *eyeroll*)

Also I totally get why she picked who she did at the end but getting there was so, so stupid and unnecessary. The one of the seven left behind deserved better. I get that he needs to heal but why move on to the Mafia books right away. Why not have him, the final of the Seven, get his HEA.

Also, don't keep talking about Isla and Liam but then NOT HAVE A BOOK ABOUT THEM. (Or that I know of at this point)

Outstanding Book!!!

Just when you think you know what's going to happen, the author changes everything!! Ava, Baron, and Edward.....there are 4 ways this could go. Ava and Baron....Ava and Edward....Ava, Baron, & Edward....Ava with neither. There are SO many different emotions tugging at each of them that they can't sort them out!! You HAVE to read this book and get the answer!!

Awful

I am so unhappy after reading this book. The only reason I read all of these was bc I was invested in the outcome if the "incident". After 8 books no conclusion or an HEA for Edward. Ava should have chosen both if them. Throughout all 3 books she acted childish and selfish. I am so frustrated with this whole series.

Another installment in the Big Bad Billionaires series, another sleepless night for me...

Oh boy, what a story this was!!! Intense in every aspect, scorching hot, with extremely high levels of angst... Ava has to decide between Edward and Baron, Baron and Edward. But whom will she choose? How will she choose? They both have a piece of her heart, she craves both of them.

L. Steele has taken her storytelling to another level with this final installment in the mini-trilogy of Ava, Edward and Baron's love triangle as part of the Big Bad Billionaires series. Expect the unexpected, not only as far as the choosing process is concerned, but on the backstory of Edward and Baron as well. We finally find out what happened during the incident and why Edward and Baron are at odds, although they used to be best of friends.

All in all, this is a powerful story that tug on all of my heartstrings. The ending satisfied my reading addiction, but it also leaves plenty of hints for more stories to come. I won't spoil it for you, but I really can't wait to see how the one left behind will find his happy ending. And of course I can't wait for the next part of the story and the Mafia King!!!

A riveting read that will hold your attention from start to finish, great characters and scenario
The Billionaire’s Bride is all about Edward and Baron and Ava and the complex part it has in the simply wonderful read of the Enemies to Lovers series and the books that have gone so far and also those that are still to come I guarantee that you will love every moment of this book and will recommend it as a great read like myself.

Ava has to make a decision between either baron or Edward and these two Alpha’s are more than a little charged on their own power and popularity and it was not at all easy for Ava and the story is constantly changing and keeping you on your toes and guessing and I know that you ill love this read as much as I have.

The writing of this book has been excellent and I know that like me you will enjoy every moment of this simply wonderful book, the plot was well thought out and the characters have been written quite beautifully and I know other readers will be as enamoured as myself.

I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.
I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.

In the course of this particular portion of the billionaires’ series, beginning with Edward and Ava’s story and morphing into Baron and Ava’s story, every one of these characters grows immensely. At this risk of sharing spoilers, here’s what you can expect. Knowing what is going to happen does not detract from the joy of discovering the journey of each of these characters.

Ava matures and gains an understanding that it’s possible to love more than one person, even at the same time.

Edward realizes that he used religion as a crutch and when he met Ava, he merely transferred his obsession to her instead of examining the internal thoughts that drive him to seek solace in routine and relationship.

Baron discovers the woman of his dreams is real and is willing to walk away from her because he loves her and wants her happiness more than he wants his own, one of the most selfless acts of any of the Seven.

Finally, Edward and Baron are forced to confront what happened to them, acknowledge neither is to blame, and forgive each other and themselves for their contributions. (I take responsibility for the editing, good or bad.)

It has taken me a while to decide how to write this review without spoiling it for everyone else. I'm still not sure, but what I will say is, if you think you have an idea how this book will flow, think again. Ms. Steele has managed to blow my mind yet again. I had a completely different scenario in mind. I was sure of it. But, I should have known better. I hate giving this book five stars, it's simply not enough. This entire series is mind boggling. It's like life, you truly don't know what's around the next curve. The dynamics between the characters are explosive. They constantly keep you on the edge of your seat and yet their is a bond so deep that nothing can break it. Each character has their own distinct personality. No two are the same and yet they fit perfectly within this group called the seven and ther wives. I know this cannot be the last book, there is more or it wouldn't have ended like it did. I won't say more than what is in the description of this book. But this series is exceptional and I do believe Ms. Steele is a writing genius. I cannot recommend this series highly enough.

WOW! So much emotion

"The incident". Each if the 7 suffered, each had an inner battle to win, yet Baron and Edward's battle was joined. NO ONE should ever be subjected to what those boys went through. To come out the other side and find their life's partner was an amazing journey. To maintain the friendship amongst the 7 and their wives is what true family is all about. There was a time when I thought the author, Ms. Steele, was going to join Baron's, Ava's and Edward's lives but she threw in a twist! I was so anxious for what I thought was the end of the series, but surprised myself by NOT rushing through it. This was the end of Ava's story but not the 7's. No cheating or cliffhanger and they get their beginning of a happy ever after. Enjoy 🤓

Where do I start? I am in two minds but I did enjoy this trilogy but my expectations weren't met but it still deserves a 5 star rating!

Laxmi Steele likes to shock and wow her readers at the same time and boy did she excell with this series!

I am not happy with the choice Ava made but each to it's own as the author decides what happens and not the disappointed and flabbergasted reader.

Questions were answered regarding the incident between Edward and Baron that destroyed their close friendship and the enemy is closer then they think!

I hope the reason behind all the hatred and torture the seven had to endure is revealed in The Mafia King!

A brilliantly thought out series penned by the amazing Laxmi Steele that I can defnitely recommend!

What a Great Conclusion!

This third book in the trilogy story arc in the Big Bad Billionaires series is fantastic! Edward is back. Now Ava has to choose between him and Baron. But how can she when she loves them both. And the enemy is still targeting Baron and Edward through Ava. How can they take the time to sort their lovely mess out and protect Ava. This story has all the feels: love, anger, betrayal, danger, repressed memories and laugh out loud moments. And as this ties up this arc there is still a surprise cliffhanger for the next book. I did receive an advance copy for my honest review. And I highly recommend this book.

Two men,one women ,who will she choose ?

I've been waiting for this conclusion to Ava ,Edward and Baron's story with bated breath , I knew there would be fireworks as both men are 100% male alphaholes and have a dark secret from the " incident "when they were abducted. Then you have Ava , a Virgin until Edward but who fell for Baron when Edward left ,asking him to look out for her .Who will she choose ? How will she decide ,her heart is torn in two ,plus shes in danger from the mafia , can they keep her safe ? This book delivers on all counts , danger, humour , sexy alphas and steamy sex, what more do you need . I highly recommend the whole series ,you won't regret it !

A much-anticipated and deeply satisfying conclusion

I was counting the days until this book was released. I pre-ordered it and started reading it right after midnight on release day. One all nighter later, and I had finished one of the best books I had read in ages. This delightful tale of Ava, Edward, and Baron appears to conclude the Big Bad Billionaires series, but it also brings together all the stories and makes everything come full circle. All is revealed and nothing is left on the table. Truly dark, delicious, unpredictable, cathartic, wonderfully written, and satisfying from start to finish. L. Steele has blown me away once again. Absolutely brilliant!

4.5⭐

Oh my goodness! Such a riveting trilogy this has been. Ava's story continues to hook me in and got me sitting on the edge of my sit the whole time. It was just so amazing to read how her story unfolds. And most importantly, who did she choose. Man, even towards that moment, I was still not sure who she's going to pick. Both Baron and Edward are amazing guys for her. My heart just can't take it. I actually wished she goes for both of them rather than just choosing one.

Again, Laxmi did it again with this trilogy. I can't wait for Mafia King and also the next Seven book (not going to spoil who Eva chose😉).

This is the third book in this trilogy between Edward, Baron and Ava. What an emotional roller coaster ride. How can Ava only choose one man? The story did not go where I thought it was going to go, but the author finally provides information as to why it had to be this way in the end. Awkwardness, that is what relationships are all about, with three people, it gets exponentially more complicated. Being reduced to a "dog bone", a spark, a cell, all of these feelings with Ava and it's very hard to wonder how she will chose? A bit more is revealed for the Mafia portion, and what a zinger at the very end. Well done.

Epic

Truly a work of art with this book as it spins a tale that have you craving more. The story is heightened with the inclusion of a love triangle that rocks the boat and takes your breath away. Totally amazing characters that makes you fall in love with them. Ava the young beautiful dancer, Edward one of the seven alpha, who gave up his priesthood and Baron another of the seven alpha, ex solider. Their combination is dynamic and adds fuel to an existing hot steamy pot which explodes on contact. A magnificent, captivating and enticing story that tells of the author's outstanding ability. Definitely worth the read.

Billionaires Bride is the last book in the trilogy of Ava and Edwards story. Man this finally was sensational. I kinda expected it..but was still surprised by HOW it happened. It’s hard to write this review without spoiling anything because there is sooooo much in this book. Some loose ends tied up. Steele gives us some really steamy scenes that will make your toes curl and all your parts tingly. I mean who doesn’t want to be owned by a mega alpha? How about two? Too much? Never!! I’m going to have to end my review here because otherwise I’m afraid I’ll say to much. So if you love hot and steamy you can’t go wrong with this trilogy! Oh so good.

The best of the series

So, so good!!! I love this series and reading Baron and Edward's story was heartbreaking and fantastic all at the same time. You find out what happened between them when they were kidnapped (which was brutal to read) and then have Ava's love healed them both. This is an amazing book and I really liked how kind Baron is throughout. Yes, he is still an alphahole like the rest of the seven but he has a kindness to him that the others don't. I enjoyed every page!!

With this book Edward is back and now she’s in love with both men. She has to figure out witch one to be with but there are twists coming her way. The enemies of Baron and Edward are coming and are going to use Ava to hurt them. They have to save her but this storyline has so many things that will pull you into this intriguing adventure. You also get past characters from previous books back to help. But as it seems to be working out who will Ava spend her life with? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

This story had so many twists and turns, that you kept wondering how it was going to truly end. To be honest, it ended the exact way I was leaning about half way through The Billionaires Promise. This series was so much more entailed than the others, but considering what Edward and Baron when through together it needed to be this way. There is still so much more story to tell for all of these characters and I look forward to what will play out as the next round of books comes to us.
Fantastic books! Keep them coming!

One girl, two guys .... one has to lose while the other wins.
Ava loves both Edward and Baron but she needs to choose one of them but they aren't making the decision easy for her.
We do find out what happened to Edward and Baron by their torturers when they were kidnapped as children and the guilt/shame they've carried around inside themselves ever since.
All three have their emotions torn to shreds and you may too on their behalf. This is the last of this trilogy but not the series.

Lots of alphahole activity!

OMG! There were so many 🔥 🔥 love scenes in this book. It was a page turning, riveting read with lots of suspenseful decisions being made by all. I loved the dance scene following the wedding. The story didn't go the way I thought it would and I don't know how I feel about it. I would highly recommend this series to all alphahole lovers everywhere.

Edward or Baron, who will win Ava's heart?

This is a definite must read series folks, and it just gets better with each new book about the Seven. I can guarantee that you will not stop reading until the wee hours of the morning. And what you find out in this book is going to blow your mind! Another book of total awesomeness from L. Steele. If I could give it more than five stars I would.
