Thanks for checking out the world of Thea reads. I try to create magical worlds that you can immerse yourself in filled with strong but wounded characters. Isabella has given the stone to Scottie to buy her more freedom from him. Telling him it's a weapon that she needs to work on how to use it, when in reality it's a direct portal to hell if you touch it. The stone is more than it seems, and now she needs to get it back. Taking a job is the cost for help in doing so. But the job is more than it seems, and so is Maddox. Nice twist in the story, great 3rd book in the series. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

A mysterious and imaginative story that was enjoyable to read. I liked the world the author created. The characters were fascinating as well. The storyline held my interest from the beginning and I couldn’t read this book fast enough. Nicely done.

Maddox wants the stone Isabella gave to Scottie in exchange for freedom. So, somehow, Isabella needs to steal the stone back from Scottie. While she knows about some of the properties of the stone, it turns out the stone is more than a portal. In order to get it back she engages in several jobs, which become more complex than previously imagined. Some laughs ensure amid all the action. The third in the Isabella Hush series, this book is worth the read.

Another fun, action-packed adventure for Isabella! I enjoy all the cool magical elements to this story, and that Isabella keeps fighting. Things always seem to be a lot tougher than they originally seemed they would be. Interesting creatures, fun bits of humor, and the world building is great. Looking forward to reading the next one!

Our heroine is still striving to escape her past, but will her future turn out to be any better?

This is book three of the series. It works pretty well as a standalone, but would probably be better if read in order. Your call.

This is an urban fantasy story with a very dirty and gritty feel to it. The story is intriguing and quick paced, with an enjoyable storyline and a fascinating setting. The characters are also nicely done and our heroine in particular continues to grow with each story, which I really like. Overall, I enjoyed this book quite a bit and look forward to her next adventure.

Highly recommended.

I need more Isabella! This third book in the series offered a unique take on the God's and hell, that I had trouble putting down. The Authors vision of others and other, worlds or dimensions, make for unexpected twists and situations that had me reading well into the night. I eagerly await the next offering in this series.
