I loved their story! Liam’s definitely a alphahole until he meets his match with the fiery isla. Isla has a secret that is tormenting her .Liam swoops in to save her by using his status to help isla with her passion. These two with their constant back and forth and their steamy scenes could not let me stop listening to the audiobook. Once isla secret is out she gets so much love and support from everyone . I really enjoyed this audiobook . The narrators as always do an exceptional job with these characters. They make the story come to life even more .

The Proposal by L Steele is a he falls first, fake relationship spicy romance novel. This is about Liam, who must get married and have a child in order to gain his inheritance. When his bride to be cancels their wedding, he coerces the wedding planner, Isla, to marry him instead without changing the date of the wedding. He convinces her that his connections will boost her wedding planning business where she would otherwise take a hit by having the cancellation of a high profile wedding a week before it would happen. This was typical of the author in many ways. The male main characters is a cocky alphamale billionaire, older brother to one of “The Seven.” The female lead is a woman who is never intimidated by him, and they have never gotten along in the past due to the intense chemistry between them that neither had been willing to acknowledge. There is a lot of spice to this couple and their intensity plays a role in the outcome of their relationship. Having listened to a number of this author’s books, this is somewhat formulaic, but an enjoyable listen overall.
