Being a Dark Witch can be a real bitch... Wren Cooper’s bad day just turned to apocalyptic.

As the only thing keeping the supercharged queen of the Dark Witches from reaching the next stage of epic, she’s become the most wanted woman in New Orleans... again.

Sinking back into Shadow is damn appealing, but she’s the only chance the New Orleans PPD has, and she needs them—and more—as back-up. Though no longer a complete novice, her White Witch training skipped the whole chapter on fighting dirty.

...and willing to get filthy is the only way she’s going to survive what’s coming.

Queen B has a number of tricks up her sleeve, including tracking devices, underground labyrinths, and even a frickin' cyclops.

It’s not easy being out of the shadows...

Failure means a trashed New Orleans, a decimated PPD, and Wren kneeling before one seriously sinister psycho.

It's quite vexing to scrub Vile out of white, too.

Good thing Wren looks good in red…

Don’t miss the climatic finale and find out what Becky really is...and see if Wren will stick with the NOLO PPD or slip into Shadow.

PPD Shadow unit is great

Wren and her team aren't technically police officers, yet but they are the good guys. The team is awesome. I'm glad we found out about Becky!! Funny, magical and a little naughty.

In the 3rd book of the series we find Wren has become even more of a team member in the New Orleans PPD. Mardi Gras is coming and the Dark Witch in book 2 is back and on the warpath. Just wait til you get a load of the Cyclops she creates ! We get even more of Rico and his sarcasm and his extremely accurate aim when pooping. What's more Wren's previous outlaw band has integrated with the N.O.P.P.D. and is working with them hand in hand at destroying the Dark Witch. Joining this struggle we see Wren team up with a dark witch to help Wren learn to control the Dark Magic she received from the Knowledge (See book 2 for how that happened.) So who will win in this battle between good and evil ? Will New Orleans be standing in the aftermath of the battle ? Will Rico hit the Dark Witch with a load of bird doody ? Will the dark witch turn on Wren and go over to the Dark Side ? Will everyone on the team survive the battle and the burning question ! Will Wren and Chief Lambert get together for some office romancing ? Want to find out ? Read the book. Awesome continuation of the N.O.P.P.D. series as we watch Wren go from outlaw to Good Guy!

Wren has her hands full when "Kay," the dark witch who has most of the "knowledge" decides to take over New Orleans.
Her own team of thieves and the PPD team join together once more to help in the battle. Sister Violet or "Vile" for short is threatened into helping with training Wren in the Dark arts of battle. A story full of strife, violence, death, angst, fear, and an undercurrent of romance between Wren and Lambert, Bibbitt and Watson and Becky and her boyfriend. Becky is finally revealed and it is awesome what she really is besides a genius tech nerd. Rico gets his own "connector" and has a great time chatting up the rest of the crew. This was an excellent paranormal thriller and you can't go wrong in reading this book in the series and the series itself. I highly recommend it. I voluntarily read and reviewed this ARC book.

Wren is probably my favorite MC in the whole PPD (there are probably a few close seconds), and this book is my favorite of all of them. Wren has really come into her own from who she was in the beginning, and I just love the plot of this one. This book did seem just a tad…darker than the others ones, but I really didn’t mind at all. I am excited to see what’s going to come next in Wren’s universe! This book was a great way to spend a couple of hours, and if you love fun urban fantasy, give it a try! I highly recommend this book!

Very exciting, funny and magical.

Corrupted Coven is an exciting book that continues the story of Wren and her adventures with the New Orleans PPD. If you are looking for an amazing, magical, and exciting book, this is definitely it! There are many elements of this book that entertained me. There's magic, there are battles, there are surprises, and all wrapped up in one great story. I really like Wren; she's a strong heroine and her loyalty runs deep. She has a core of strength that is very admirable. I always love a great book that pits good against evil.

New Orleans hangs in the balance as the Queen of the Dark Witches descends to devastate the city. Standing in the way of her dark desires is the unlikely union of the N.O. PPD and Wren's thieves' cell. It quickly becomes evident that the attacks are a series of traps meant to lure Wren closer, all so the Queen can absorb her new powers and unleash an apoKalypse with a capital K. Can Wren navigate the dark and convince the PPD crew to dance in the shadows in order to defeat the dark?
Slamming action, humor, and answers pepper these pages. A whole lot of fun.

Things aren't always black and white...

Wren Cooper finds this out the hard way as she fights to defeat the Queen of the Dark Witches, who managed to syphon off most of the dark Knowledge that had infected Wren and transformed her into her true dark witch self. As she races against the clock, she finds some major surprises among her former crew of thieves. It turns out, Wren might not be the biggest, scariest thing on that team after all... Grab your copy and find out if Wren can wrestle her own dark side into submission while she tries to stop the Dark Witch from taking over her town!

Wren kicks butt

Wren and her friends are fighting the dark witch and the Knowledge in the heart of New Orleans

This is the third book in the Wren Cooper series and what a ride! Though the book is not long, it is packed with action and so laugh out loud moments. I loved it

What an Ending

A final showdown and a final reckoning for the dark witches.
More battles, more surprises and more suspense this is the best yet and a fitting end to this Arc for Wren and the PPD team of cops and Thiefs.
Roll on more Wren

One of my favourite PPD characters, it's great to read more of Wren and her battle against the Dark Witches. Plenty of action and humour as ever, Rico is definitely the cheekiest beakiest sidekick ever!
