Mark Vedis has everything he's ever wanted, which means he's got everything to lose. Pity to anyone who tries to take it from him...

After a long chase, Mark Vedis and his team had finally won a major victory against the supernatural organization known as the Shaped. The fight wasn't over, but things had finally started to work out for him and his allies. Not only that, but a few bits of good news had the whole team feeling optimistic, and they were looking forward to the future. It should have been a good day.

Then the Shaped struck back.

Big time.

While Mark was busy in Malaysia, the remnants of his enemies had infiltrated his organization, and decimated it. Now his team has been split up, to help protect the rest of the world, and the only allies Mark can count on are a moody AI, a reclusive pixie, and a newlywed couple who can't keep their hands (or claws) to theirselves.

As if that wasn't bad enough, Mark's new boss has ordered him to Singapore, to sign a peace agreement with the supernatural mafia. He quickly finds out that politics makes strange bedfellows, and that's coming from someone who's dated a succubus, a lich, and a naga.

After uncovering a plot that affects the PPD and Umbra, Mark and his allies are forced to make some difficult choices, and the consequences of their actions put them in more danger than ever before.

Secrets are revealed, friendships are put to the test, and Mark is left questioning everything he thought he knew about his past.

As the real fight begins, all hell is about to break loose.

The Shaped are days away from crushing reality as we know it, and Mark will have to put it all on the line to stop them.

If he fails, the destiny of two worlds will crumble...

If you like Rob Thurman, Kevin Hearne, Richard Kadrey, or Shayne Silvers...you're in for one hell of a ride with the latest adventure in the action-packed, adrenaline-pumping, snark-loaded world of the Southeast Asia PPD, created by bestselling authors John P. Logsdon and Noah K. Sturdevant.

The Paranormal Police Department has delighted thousands of readers with action, adventure, outrageous (and often offensive) comedy, and tons of snark. Grab your badge and join the legion of fans who keep begging for more...

Mark Vedis is at it again. Nothing goes right and he is finding out there is more to him than a demon and a dragon and magic. Mira is having triplets and he is trying to keep her safe, but it is hard as they had their whole PPD. Bert and Samantha are into their own sexy shenanigans and he is unable to trust almost anyone as the PPD has been infested with moles. Kordt is able to track them everywhere and traps are being set so that they are never safe. Grandpa gets entangled with them and Queen Lucy gives Mark and Amos that keeps on giving. Now part of the royal family, they find the other demons are not happy and a war is stirring in hell with Bert's sister leading the pack. An excellent series and book that you won't want to miss as there is violence, bloodshed, and death aplenty with hot sexy times with Bert and Samantha.

Surprising, nail-biting excitement, and hilarious all rolled into an amazing story.

When you find a series that surprises you even deep into the series then you know how amazing that series is. Singapore Spirits packs a surprising punch and I loved it! It is hilarious, exciting and amazing all rolled into a story you can lose yourself in. Mark is a strong, loyal hero that will go to great lengths to protect his friends and loved ones. Bert, his demon friend, is one of my favorite characters and has surprising depths with a snarky humor that will have you rolling on the floor and snort laughing all while you cheer them on as they battle to save everyone from the Shaped. This is my favorite book in this series. You will enjoy every moment of this outstanding book!

the typo issues in 1, 2, and 3 were so bad that I still caught some/some more after the arc team supposedly went thru, some still even after I reported them first time, as saw them again in the set, do not know about 4 because not on arc team any more and it was hard enough listening to my computer read it to me as kept having to stop to reread parts that did not make sense/were not what said in other part/book, would give it 3 but amazon says that is bad not just ok as goodreads does, tho was messed up enough that not sure will read the next one.

Absolutely awesome!!!

Mark vedis is back in such an actioned packed book, you won't want to put it down once you have started reading it. Hes back fighting the shaded. If that's not bad he's got to protect his pregnant fiancee and do this all whilst demon bert is till living up the fact, him and his new wife Samantha are still in honeymoon mood. Warning don't read this book drinking anything or you will end up spraying it with all the hilarious somments throughout! Singapore spirits like the other books in the series, is an amazing and very addictive read.

This is definitely the best book so far! The adventures of Mark and his team are superb!

I thoroughly enjoyed reading every page and the amount of action, magic, suspense and of course risqué laughs the story generated, especially from Bert ….well, I won’t say any more or I’ll be giving the fun & story away!

All of this, alongside the never ending twists in the plot…..Wow, what a lot of surprises come out by the end of this book!!

You must read this series if you haven’t and do savour this book in particular…..Sheer Brilliance!!

Oh man, I need a Bert in my life! I’m in love with the characters in this series. The only issue I have, however, is that the plot twists were not too surprising. I kinda knew where the story was going. But it was a hilarious read, with the trademark “13-year-old-boy” jokes that I really enjoy. If you’re immature, like myself, you’ll laugh at the dialogue here. Another plus is the barely functioning romance...you won’t find a grossly sugary and cliche romantic relationship here! So refreshing for an urban fantasy.

Awesome book Mark is amazing

The wait for this book was well worth it! Mark and Bert make an incredible team. Action, betrayal, lies and truths exposed. Fantastically written. The characters are evolving and funnier than ever. This novel can stand alone but I highly recommend reading the previous books to get a better appreciation for some of the quirks and little tidbits you might miss otherwise. Wonderfully funny, urban fantasy at its finest. Such a fun read. Southeast Asia PPD never disappoints!

This series has come a long way since the first book - which I enjoyed well enough along with all the others to date. I can't wait for the next one; it looks to be set up for an epic climax!
Noah Sturdevant definitely has his own style, but it's grown on me enough to feel this book ranks near the top of his works.
It's worth the read, though as a serial installment one should really start at book 1 Bangkok Warlock to get the best understanding of everything happening (and there's a bunch going on right now)

Just wow! Talk about opening things up. Everything gets turned on its side. Starting with the conclave, bombshell after bombshell is dropped: the PPD mole, Samantha's backstory, Vedis' familial tale, betrayal after betrayal. And the hits keep coming, figurative and literal. Your spinning head will be accompanied by all of the raucous humor, story depth, and intense action you could desire. A whirlwind of entertainment.

Mark Vedis and his demonic crew are back. Mark and the rest of the Southeast Asia PPD crew thought they had the situation with the Shaped under control. However when an alliance between the PPD and The Umbra goes sideways, Mark and crew find themselves on the run from everyone they thought they could trust. This story is full of twist and turns with several surprising revelations. Another great addition to the PPD series.

Mark is having a hard time - his team are spread around the world trying to repair the damage the Shaped have wreaked, apart from the newly-weds dragonlady Samantha Cho and Bert the demon. Overseeing a truce between the PPD and Umbra is a headache he can do without. And then his world turns upside down...

Wow. So many surprises that I could not put this book down. And even with all of the twists and turns, and questions answered; so much more to come. This story is nonstop action that is just full of surprises and funny moments. I love the characters and am glad to see that Bert is playing a bigger part in the adventure. Now, if I could just find a happy pizza place near me.

The Southeast Asia Paranormal Police Department books just keep getting better and better! Full of action, there are also lots of surprises and twists that I did not see coming. Mark and Mira are still my favorite PPD couple, though Bert and Sam are pretty awesome too. This is one that I we read over and over again, highly recommend!

Singapore Spitits
Mark and Bert and crew have really stepped into it. This installment moves at a fast pace with some twists and turns that are unexpected and reveal many new family connections. Friendships expand into being families and loyalties lie only in the team. Great read that has many obstacles and possibilities to discover and overcome.

Welcome to the fourth book of the South East Asia PPD. Singapore Spirits is here and ready to capture you to your chair, strap you down and not let you go until it’s consumed you. Or you consumed it. It’s a toss up right lol. I love this series of books and am so happy number 4 is here.

What a wild ride full of twists, answers, and more questions. I knew John P. Logsdon and Noah Sturdevant were good but I didn’t really understand how good until this book! You would be a fool to not read this lasted installment in the PPD world.

Great read

As always there is a bit of magic in how these great authors put words together, drawing you in and refusing to let you go until you have finished the book, leaving you wanting more. On a side note, I think that I will never be able to eat a banana split again.

I'm really enjoying the series and I strongly recommend that you read short story Hell of a Party featuring your favourite blue demon and Samantha's plans for their engagement party.
