There is something seriously wrong with the formatting of this book. Constantly fiddling with it kept me from really getting into the content. You have two options - one uses only about half of the width of the screen, the other looks like it's simply a slightly-out-focus photocopy of the book? In today's world of phones in a wide variety of sizes and screens, this seems an easy fix. The first book was formatted correctly, why was this so different?

Summer Queen book #2 continues to WOW me. The constant twists and turns keep you begging for more. Persephone continues to grow as she realizes that she belongs with Hades on their mountain. Persephone becomes enlightened about Hades past by his old nannie Eleanor. Persephone could better understand why Hades had become the man he was. Now what will she do with this information? I love where this story is going and I can't get enough!!

Summer Queen is book two of the King of Shadows series and what an intense, dark and steamy read. I loved the way the author describes everything from the characters to the captivating steamy scenes. Hades and Persephone are brought to life and they bring out the best and worst in each other. This captivating story is told in duo POV's and ends in a cliffhanger that left me breathless and on the edge of my seat anxious to find out what happens next.
