Very well done LitRPG!!

Where there isn't a huge shift in character growth, what is there is superbly done. The MC is obviously growing as the series advances. The glimpse into everyday life is fantastic. The way the world is developed around the idea of game (think DnD) is so well done. The magic system is well thought out, especially where the MC has a gift that on the surface is great, but digging into it one finds that there is a huge cost to it. I only wish the story had been longer. Very well done and definitely reccomend this one!
The narration is very well done. The flavor and nuances he brings to the characters is great! The pacing was well done, and one felt each of the characters as an individual.

Great series!

Good story and narration!

The MC is a fighter / healer hybrid who has to give up memories and experience in order to heal. the series follows the adventures of him and his party as they level up and explore new experiences.

Eric does a good job with the narration.

I love the series!

Good Book

The story is really good, my only nit pick is we get it that his gift causes him losses. Maybe mention it at the beginning of each story, as a reminder. However when it's brought up almost every chapter it comes off as whining. This seemed like a side story though, not the book I was expecting, after the end of 5. I still liked it, wondering what the authors production scheduled is, so I can know when to expect the next one. At least I assume there will be another.

a nice change of pace

taking them to the wild and learning more of the history was nice. Omrak needs better armor with good mobility or he is going to die

part of a book

he seems to be writing books and cutting them into thirds. the stories seem incomplete. I think I am fine buying this series.
